Air Hockey Arena: 2 Player
Privacy Policy

Buzly Labs Ltd. · Last updated: October 12, 2026

This policy explains how Buzly Labs Ltd. handles information in Air Hockey Arena: 2 Player, including the iOS free edition (formerly Air Hockey Classic FREE!, App Store ID 383021369, bundle identifier com.buzlylabs.airhockeyfree) and the Android edition (com.bl.airhockey). The separate Air Hockey Classic Pro app is not covered by this policy. For privacy questions, contact ask@buzlylabs.com.

Features differ by platform and version. The iOS 2.0 implementation includes advertising, optional purchases and cloud game services described below. In the Android 0.1.0 internal preview, release advertising is disabled and Play Games, cloud progress and purchases are unavailable until service configuration is completed. Android development builds use Google test ads. The descriptions of online features apply when those features are available and used; they do not mean an unavailable feature is already collecting its associated data.

1. Gameplay and information on your device

Solo play and two-player play on one device do not require a separate Buzly Labs login. Game preferences, such as sound, haptics, selected table and paddle appearance, are stored on your device. Android may also keep a pending match result locally so it can retry saving it when connected. Development previews may keep a separate local test coin balance and inventory. Android app backup is disabled in the reviewed version.

The app does not request access to your contacts, photos, camera, microphone or precise device location. We do not include Firebase Analytics or Firebase Crashlytics in the reviewed app integrations. Advertising and platform services can still process their own measurement and diagnostic information as explained below.

2. Sign-in, cloud progress and leaderboards

On iOS, Apple Game Center provides player authentication. On Android, the integrated sign-in service is Google Play Games. When enabled, these identities are used with Firebase Authentication to authenticate access to our game backend. This involves a platform player identifier, authentication credentials or tokens, and a Firebase account identifier; we do not receive your Apple or Google password.

Our Firebase/Google Cloud backend stores information linked to your game account: a randomly generated purchase account token, coin balance, owned cosmetics, Remove Ads or Premium entitlements, win totals by difficulty, active match identifiers and timing, and records of match rewards, cosmetic unlocks and purchases. Match scores and difficulty are sent to validate eligible coin rewards. These records let us save progress, restore entitlements, handle refunds and prevent repeated rewards or fraudulent transactions. Sandbox/test balances are kept separately from production balances.

The iOS cloud leaderboard displays a generated player code and win totals rather than your Game Center name. The Android integration submits win totals to Google Play Games leaderboards when configured for production; your gaming profile and scores may be visible to other players according to Google's service and your profile settings.

3. Online multiplayer

iOS online multiplayer uses Apple Game Center to connect players and exchange game state, including scores, paddle and puck positions, match events and rematch information. Game Center handles player identity and matchmaking under Apple's policies. The reviewed Android edition does not include online multiplayer; its two-player mode is played on the same device.

4. In-app purchases

Optional purchases include coin packs, Remove Ads and a one-time Premium upgrade where offered. Apple StoreKit or Google Play Billing processes payment. We do not receive payment card or bank details.

To deliver and restore purchases, our app and backend process product identifiers, account linkage tokens, purchase status and purchase verification information. For iOS this includes Apple's signed transaction data and transaction identifiers. For Android this includes Google Play purchase tokens; our backend uses a hashed token as a transaction record identifier and checks purchase details with Google. We also process refunds, revocations and purchase notifications to update coins and entitlements and prevent duplicate credit. Deleting local app data does not cancel or erase a store purchase.

5. Advertising and privacy choices

The iOS free edition uses Google AdMob for occasional full-screen ads between completed offline matches and optional rewarded videos for coins or eligible reward bonuses. Remove Ads and Premium stop automatic ads; rewarded videos remain optional. Android release ads are currently disabled; development builds integrate AdMob test interstitials and rewarded ads.

When the advertising SDK operates, Google may collect and share IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), device or account identifiers, app and advertising interactions, and diagnostic or performance information to deliver and measure ads and prevent fraud. Advertising identifiers and personalization depend on your choices, device settings and platform restrictions. The reviewed iOS implementation does not request App Tracking Transparency permission to access the IDFA.

We use Google's User Messaging Platform to present consent choices where required before requesting ads. Where available, you can reopen Ad privacy choices in the game's settings. You can also manage advertising and privacy settings on your device. Declining personalization does not necessarily stop all advertising or essential ad processing.

For iOS production rewarded ads, an opaque reward ticket is provided to Google. Google sends a signed completion callback to our backend, which associates the ticket with your account and credits the reward. We do not send your Game Center name as the custom reward data. Android test reward callbacks are handled locally and do not implement this production server reward flow.

6. Security, service providers and sharing

Firebase Authentication, Cloud Firestore and Cloud Functions support account access, cloud progress and purchase/reward validation. Firebase App Check uses Apple App Attest on iOS and Google Play Integrity in the Android integration to help verify genuine app requests. These services process authentication or integrity tokens and technical information about requests, the app and device. Hosting and backend providers may process IP addresses and operational or security logs.

We use Apple for Game Center and App Store payments, and Google for Firebase/Google Cloud, AdMob, consent messaging, Google Play Games and Play payments. Information is shared with these providers as needed for the features described here, with other players as described above, or when legally required or necessary to protect users and the service. Support correspondence is also processed by email service providers.

Backend functions are configured for Google's europe-west1 region in Belgium. Providers may process other service information internationally. Where required, applicable transfer safeguards are used. We use encrypted connections and service access controls; no system can guarantee absolute security.

Provider information: Apple Privacy Policy, Google Privacy Policy, Firebase Privacy and Security, and Google's use of information from partner apps.

7. Retention and deletion requests

Local settings remain until cleared or removed with the app, subject to operating-system storage behavior. Cloud account and game records are kept as needed to provide saved progress, validate rewards and purchases, handle refunds and prevent abuse. We do not currently apply a fixed automatic expiry to all account and transaction records. Support emails are retained as needed to resolve the request and meet applicable obligations.

To request deletion of your Buzly Labs game account and associated cloud data, email ask@buzlylabs.com with the subject “Air Hockey data deletion”. Tell us whether you use iOS or Android and provide enough information to help locate your game account. We may ask for additional verification before deleting data. Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or payment card details. There is no in-game account deletion button in the reviewed versions.

Deletion can remove cloud progress, coins, cosmetics and associated leaderboard records that we control. We may retain limited transaction or security records where necessary for legal obligations, refund handling or fraud prevention, and will explain applicable exceptions. Provider backups and logs follow their retention schedules. Uninstalling the app or signing out does not itself delete cloud data, your Apple/Google account, or store purchase records. To manage data controlled independently by Apple or Google, use their account and gaming-profile privacy controls. Contact us if you need help identifying which records we control.

8. Your rights and choices

You can play the offline modes without using cloud game features, decline optional reward videos, and use available ad consent and platform privacy controls. Where applicable, we process data to provide requested game and purchase services, for legitimate interests such as service security and abuse prevention, to meet legal obligations, and with consent where required for advertising.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, request portability, restrict or object to processing, and withdraw consent for future consent-based processing. You may also complain to your local data protection authority. Contact us at the address below to exercise rights or ask about advertising-related choices.

9. Children and support

Parents and guardians can use Apple's or Google's controls to manage gaming profiles, purchases and app access. If you believe a child has provided personal information that should not be retained, contact us so we can investigate and take appropriate action.

If you email support, we receive your email address, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to respond and investigate your request. Please include only information necessary for the issue.

10. This policy website and updates

This page is served through Google Firebase Hosting, which processes technical request information such as IP addresses to deliver and protect the website. We do not add analytics scripts, advertisements or tracking cookies to this policy page.

We will update this policy when our practices change and provide further notice or seek consent where required. The date above identifies the current policy.
